Our goal at TexasDSL.net is to provide an excellent Internet experience for all.
After running an Internet company for almost 13 years, we have learned how to do things right and what to avoid at all costs. Quality is always most important. We have found that people will try a service, but people won't stay if the quality is not comparable or better than other Internet Service Provider(s). Because of that, we always keep the customer's needs foremost in our minds.
When it comes to customer support, ours is second to none. Tech support answers all emails within 60 minutes, and most within 20 minutes or less. When calling us, you will find the average hold time is less than 3 minutes. Our phone system tracks callers who have hung up while on hold so we can call them back. In the rare times a customer must leave a voice mail, we return those calls promptly. Our techs are real people and friendly. Don't worry, they'll speak to you in plain English, not technical jargon.
Our company's president listens to you. He sends out surveys generated from each email or support ticket opened by you, the customer. He personally reads the survey scores and comments as well as any emails sent to him at President@TexasDSL.net and determines who in the company should follow up if needed.
